NAOMI ARMITAGE

Naomi is responsible for the onboarding and induction of new team members for the IP Support Team, which includes coordinating all aspects of the induction programme and in turn the creation of relevant training materials. She is responsible for the day to day delivery of training and support for the IP Support Team in accordance with the firm's standardised processes. Naomi supports the professional development of the IP Support team by facilitating enrolment for professional qualifications and certifications, and attendance at both in-house and external training events.

Naomi is a proud member of our collaboration group that runs the WoMEn Network. The network provides a valuable space for women and allies to support and champion each other regardless of their role within the company. For Naomi, the network proves that Mewburn Ellis is committed to encouraging, supporting, upholding, challenging, and caring for every woman within the firm. 

Naomi joined Mewburn Ellis in 2009 as a Patent Administrator and has a Criminology and Sociology degree from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
