A HEALTHY WORK LIFE BALANCE

We encourage a healthy work-life balance. Rather than expecting people to fit a certain mould, we strive to ensure that we provide the flexibility for our people to succeed in a way that suits them best.

We have recently improved our staff parental leave policy, which is now market leading; launched a Mental Health programme with a committee made up of a diverse range of people from all offices and roles and created a new IP Director role that allows for flexible and home working. Mindful of the evolving needs and aspirations of our people, we're working to evolve our business and approaches to support this.
