We are over 350 strong, with across five offices in Bristol, Cambridge, London, Manchester and Munich. The culture and personality of the firm is ambitious but also relaxed and friendly.
We are recruiting for a highly experienced Patent Paralegal to join our IP Support Services function. This is a great opportunity to join one of Europe’s top specialist Intellectual Property firms. The role can be based in any of our UK offices, Bristol, Cambridge, London or Manchester.
If successful, you will be joining an award-winning team. We’re proud to say we’ve won both Paralegal Business of the Year and the prestigious National Paralegal of the Year Award, with many of our paralegals also highly commended by the award judges.

You will communicate with confidence and clarity, coordinating smoothly across clients, attorneys and internal teams. As the trusted point of contact, you will anticipate needs, manage expectations, follow client and firm processes, and ensure deadlines are met.
You will be at the forefront of change in the IP Support Team, helping to shape how we work as we grow, and supporting the development of colleagues across the team.
We offer a rewarding, fast-paced and varied career, with the support and investment to help you grow and progress.

You are an experienced paralegal with proven success in a similar role, ideally within a patent firm.
You hold the CIPA IPPC qualification (as a minimum) and understand the value of clear communication, trust and delivery—working with focus and professionalism. You bring a strong service mindset and confidence in building lasting client relationships.
You are self-motivated, highly organised and able to plan ahead in a fast-moving environment. You adapt quickly, switch between competing priorities and maintain excellent attention to detail. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you tailor your approach to different stakeholders to build trust, respect and productive working relationships. As part of the wider team, you are comfortable making decisions, delegating where appropriate and supporting others to achieve firm-wide goals.
