This Certification™ provides independent validation of our culture and the everyday experience of working at the firm. As the only European Intellectual Property firm in the UK to achieve this recognition for the second consecutive year, it reflects our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive, supportive environment where people feel valued and able to do their best work.
Some of the responses to the survey showed:

- 97% of the firm feel people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation

- 94% of the firm feel people are treated fairly regardless of their gender
- 89% feel good about the ways in which we contribute to the community
