On Wednesday 9 July, we were delighted to co-host a panel discussion and networking event with US law firm Polsinelli at our new London Office, featuring an incredible line-up of AI experts and industry professionals:
The evening began with a warm welcome from Jacqueline Pang, followed by an hour long panel discussion moderated by Emma Graham.
Together we explored a range of topics, including how companies are leveraging AI to anticipate and adapt to the future, what AI tools the panel were actively using themselves, what VCs look for when investing in AI companies, the legal and ethical considerations surrounding AI implementation, and more.
One of our favourite moments of the night was a fantastic Stephen Fry analogy presented by Miles, that compared the relative adoption of AI tools today to the early days of the motorcar, when people were driving about without motorways, petrol stations, insurance, or driving licences.
Following the panel, guests stayed on for drinks, canapés, and informal networking. It was a fantastic opportunity for attendees to continue the conversations sparked during the discussion, meet others working across different areas of the sector, and forge new connections.
We're incredibly grateful to our panellists for their invaluable expertise and for taking time out of their busy schedules. It was wonderful to have so many engaged participants. We thank everyone who joined us!
