Ten new charities to benefit from our Community Fund

We have ten new charities that we are now supporting with donations of between £5,000 and £10,000 each. They have been chosen to align with our focus on inclusion, diversity and sustainability.

The Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation  was established amid unprecedented growing global awareness of racial inequality. It exists to inspire a more equal, inclusive society and to foster opportunities for marginalised young people. 

The 93% Foundation is a leading social mobility charity that is tackling the state-private education divide and levelling the playing field for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. They believe where you’re from shouldn’t impact where you’re going.

Greggs Breakfast Club Programme was established in 1999 to help primary school children get a nutritious start to their school day.  Every school is provided with fresh bread from their nearest Greggs shop and a grant to support start-up and ongoing costs. £2,000 will run a club for a year.

Jonathan’s Voice is a mental health charity set up after a patent attorney took his own life in order to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues and to educate organisations especially, but not exclusively, in the professional working environment to support employees and develop better mental health practices in the workplace.

LGBT Foundation is a national charity delivering advice, support and information services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.

Gendered Intelligence is a charity that works to increase understandings of gender diversity and improve the lives of trans people. Their vision is of a world where diverse gender expressions are visible and valued, and where trans, non-binary, gender diverse and gender questioning people live healthy, safe and fulfilled lives.

The Menopause Charity works to improve women’s and healthcare professionals’ understanding of the menopause. It aims to bust myths, overcome ignorance and make menopause symptoms history.

Scope is a disability equality charity that provides practical information and emotional support when it's most needed and campaign relentlessly to create a fairer society through social change for disabled people.

The Climate Coalition has a vision of a future where the UK no longer contributes to climate change. Their aim is to clean up the air we breathe, have warmer homes powered by cleaner, cheaper energy, restore our green spaces and make it easier for to live in a cleaner, greener world that future generations can enjoy.

The Ocean Conservation Trust is working towards healthier oceans, which is a key part of the climate change puzzle. Over 20 years ago, a dynamic group of marine scientists, researchers, educators and divers came together to create a charity that would showcase some of the amazing habitats and animals found in a healthy and vibrant Ocean.
