Jessica joined the firm as a Trade Mark Paralegal in April 2023. She assists the firm's trade mark team with filing, prosecution, and enforcement of trade marks worldwide.

She works with multinational businesses and local clients to help protect their brands across different markets. Her work includes preparing and filing applications, conducting clearance searches, and supporting opposition and infringement matters. She has a strong interest in international brand protection and enjoys helping businesses safeguard their intellectual property rights.

Areas of Expertise

  • Prosecuting and filing UK, EU and International trade mark applications
  • Reviewing and assisting with reporting official correspondence from IP offices
  • Assisting with evidence preparation and submissions in opposition, cancellation, and invalidity actions
  • Liaising with UKIPO, EUIPO, WIPO, and foreign associates
  • Maintaining and updating clients’ trade mark portfolios and databases

Jessica graduated from the University of Hull with a LLB Degree and is a CITMA qualified Trade Mark Paralegal.
