Karolina Fryzlewicz

Karolina is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and a member of our trade mark team. Her core interest is in contentious trade mark disputes, such as opposition and cancellation proceedings. She also regularly partakes in ex parte proceedings before the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office, helping clients handle trade mark registration issues at the application stage.  

She has a keen interest in the pharmaceutical sector and helping pharma brands with their trade mark portfolios.

Karolina enjoys talking to clients and getting to understand the ins and outs of their businesses and their long-term ambitions.

Background

Karolina graduated with an LLM in Intellectual Property Law, from University College London. She also has an LLB in Law with Another Legal System (Singapore), from University College London. Whilst completing her LLB she completed a year placement at the National University of Singapore, where she studied Singaporean Intellectual Property Law.

She joined Mewburn Ellis in 2021 and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2024.
