Sabrina advises on trade mark and competition law, supporting clients in the strategic development, registration, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. She represents clients in proceedings before German courts, the German PTO, the EUIPO, and the courts of the European Union.

Her key areas of focus include managing cross border disputes, overseeing global trade mark portfolios, and developing efficient out of court conflict resolution strategies for international companies. In addition, Sabrina advises on matters involving product piracy and imitation.

  • Enforcement of trade mark rights before German infringement courts

  • Advice on unfair competition and misleading advertising
  • Review of advertising and marketing measures
  • Enforcement and defence of competition law claims
  • Legally compliant structuring of comparative advertising and price indications

Background

Sabrina is a qualified German attorney. She passed her First State Examination in Bavaria after studying law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. Following her two-year legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Munich and San Francisco, USA, she completed the Second State Examination and was admitted to the German Bar in October 2019.

She has been with Mewburn Ellis since April 2026. Prior to that, she spent six years working at one of Germany’s leading IP law firms.
