Sarah is a trainee patent attorney working in the area of chemistry.

Background

Sarah has a first class Master’s degree in Chemistry and a DPhil in Organic Chemistry (awarded with Thesis Commendation), both from the University of Oxford.

Her DPhil, supervised by Prof. Stephen Fletcher, focused on the design and study of supramolecular assemblies in non-equilibrium states.

Following her DPhil, Sarah worked for two years at a technology consultancy firm.  She developed expertise in fields spanning chemistry, life sciences and engineering, including bioprinting, microfluidics, genetic sequencing, and digital pathology.

She joined Mewburn Ellis in 2023.
