This recognition also builds on our Great Place To Work® Certification for the second year running, highlighting the progress we continue to make together as an organisation.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 list, Great Place To Work® analysed anonymous employee feedback gathered through its annual engagement survey. This explored people’s day‑to‑day experiences of our culture, values, leadership and ways of working. These insights were then benchmarked against organisations across the UK, with only those achieving the highest overall scores receiving UK’s Best Workplaces™ status.
