A new edition of the EPO Examination Guidelines came into force on 1 March 2021, including a new section on the examination of claims to antibodies. This webinar gives an overview of the antibody patenting practice at the EPO with a focus on drafting tips based on our prosecution experience and provides comments on the new guidelines.
