Background

Kate has an MEng in Molecular Bioengineering from Imperial College London. In her final year she studied at the University of Melbourne in Australia and undertook research focussed on peptide-based hydrogels designed to mimic the blood brain barrier to help promote the growth of new blood vessels within the brain after injury or disease.
